After receiving the quotation email for the requested products, follow these steps below to place orders:


Step 1: Go to admin dashboard -> Request list -> Quote created.



Step 2: Enter quotation ID or URL source to search for the quotation -> Click on the quotation.


Step 3: Edit Ordered Quantity -> Hit Purchase.


Step 4: Pay for the order.

  • Transactions via Paypal and credit card, you will be charged an additional fee of 4% of the order value.


  • You can make the payment in Sourcing -> Purchased orders -> On the way:



  • The estimated time for the warehouse team to stock products is 2-4 days. After that, you can check purchased orders on Received goods/Purchased orders, and the inventory in Inventory/Fulfillment.
